William Knibb student fatally stabbed by another – Jamaica
It is reported that shortly after 11 o’ clock, Khamal Hall was on the school compound when he got in an altercation with another male student.

A William Knibb High school student was fatally stabbed, and another student taken into police custody following an incident at the institution in Trelawny, on Monday.
The dead student had been identified as Khamal Hall.

Reports are that shortly after 11:00am, Hall was on the school compound when he got in an altercation with another male student.
The accused allegedly used a knife to stab Hall in the upper regions of his back.
Hall was rushed to the Falmouth Hospital where he was pronounced dead, and the accused student was later taken into custody by the Falmouth police.
Last month two students got into an altercation at the Maggotty High School in Jamaica, which saw one stabbed with a pen. As we reported, “the administration of the Maggotty High School in St Elizabeth says there will be disciplinary action against two grade-eight boys following a fight on Monday that left one with a wound to the head. The student was stabbed with a pen.
A photo circulating on social media shows a part of the pen stuck in the boy’s forehead.
Principal Sean Graham says the injured student has been treated by a doctor who reported that the injury was not very serious.
Graham said immediately following the incident, the school started an investigation and has been in contact with the Education Ministry through its regional office.

He said the school will be meeting with the parents of the students and will offer counselling for the boys.
