Much of the focus on Joe Biden’s Cheddar Bob moment on The Breakfast Club this morning, has been on the racism of Biden’s final statement on that show. A very friendly Charlamagne Tha (False) God, in a parting word said: “It’s a long way until November, we’ve got more questions.” Biden, clearly feeling this was out of line on Charlamagne’s part, responded in as “black” a tone and speech pattern as he could: “You’ve got more questions? But I tell you: If you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black.”
Biden looked dead at Charlamagne and even pointed at the radio host with the piece of paper held in his right hand; before he made that statement. It wasn’t a blanket statement by Biden. Biden felt attacked by Charlamagne and he directed his response to Charlamagne. That fact has been lost in the coverage so far.
Now to Charlamagne’s response. It is a perfect illustration of why Democrats like Biden, continue to take the “black” vote for granted. Instead of saying “Excuse me, what did you say to me?” Or, “how dare you declare my race incumbent on loyalty to you”; or, actually using the race card when it’s merited, as it was in this instance, and flat out calling what Biden said, ‘racist’; which it is; Charlamagne’s feeble response was this: “It don’t have nothing to do with Trump, it has to do with the fact — I want something for my community.”
Typical “black” caught with his hand out begging for a crumb at ‘massa’s’ table. Infuriating to say the least. And pathetic.
Symone Sanders, Senior Joe Biden campaign advisor; and yet another “black”, firmly ensconced in the Democrat planation; hilariously dismissed Biden’s blunder, as “a joke”. “The comments made at the end of the Breakfast Club interview were in jest, but let’s be clear about what the VP was saying: he was making the distinction that he would put his record with the African American community up against Trump’s any day. Period,”
Let’s put that to the test, shall we? Biden as a senator, oversaw a record number of incarcerations for ‘blacks’, during Bill Clinton’s presidency. Trump too, has been a record breaker when it comes to ‘blacks’. Under his regime so far, there’s been a record low unemployment rate for ‘blacks.’
So nice try Simone Sanders. Clearly it’s time to get off the Democrat plantation and stop kissing up to Biden. Clearly he thinks blacks owe him and not the other way round. There was nothing said in ‘jest’. Nothing about Biden’s tone or demeanor suggest jest. He was serious and he showed us how he really feels about “blacks”.
“It’s a long way until November” Charlamagne said. Perhaps it’s time “African Americans” show the world, that their vote, shouldn’t be taken for granted.
